We'll explain our current business and ordering policies on this page.

If you see a lower internet price on any item, please contact us to see about our price matching policy (on most new, non-exclusive, regular priced items).

Methods of Payment

We accept VISA, MasterCard, PayPal<sales@heteromorphic.com>, US Cashiers Checks, and US Money Orders.

Shipping and Handling

We sell domestically to the United States as well as Worldwide to all international cutomers. We attempt to ship in-stock orders as soon as we receive them (most within 3 business days). We ship in the order received.

We currently offer the following shipping methods:

USPS (United States Postal Service)

SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES (Estimated by the USPS - once package is shipped)

UNITED STATES:

USPS Express Mail: 1-2 Days (free tracking and insurance up to $100 - no need to pick insurance if value is <$100)
USPS Priority Mail: 2-4 Days (free tracking)

INTERNATIONAL (Subject to change if delayed by customs):

USPS Express Mail International®(EMI): 3-5 Days (free tracking and insurance up to $100)
Priority Mail® International (PMI): 6-10 Days

Customs, Duties, and Taxes for International Orders will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Insurance/Shipping Damage/Lost Shipments

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost during shipping if you elect to waive shipping insurance. If you need to file an insurance claim for a lost or damaged item(s) due to shipping, please keep all of the original packing material and your receipt. We will be happy to assist you with filing a claim. Once it is approved, we will replace your damaged item if available, or refund your purchase price. Let us know which option you prefer.

 
 

Orders

We cannot guarantee pre-ordered or items that are limited editions. We will do our best to get it for you, but very seldom if we cannot get it from our supplier, we will issue you a full refund. The best way to guarantee an item is to place the order or pre-order as soon as possible. We will ship them out in the same order as the orders were received.

Cancelled Orders

Cancelled orders can be refunded to your credit card or PayPal account for a 7% fee or you can elect to choose store credit for the full amount of the original purchase. 

Manufacturer Damage

Merchandise that is damaged due to a defect(s) of the product must to be handled directly with the manufacturer. Please contact the manufacturer directly to resolve these issues under their warranty. If you need to find out their contact information, feel free to ask us.

Returns

We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right. All sales are final. We are only able to exchange items if you have received a shipping damaged/incorrect item(s). We will assist you with shipping damage/loss contingent on our policies, and manufacturer damage contacts.
