Orders
We cannot guarantee pre-ordered or items that are
limited editions. We will do our best to get it for
you, but very seldom if we cannot get it from our
supplier, we will issue you a full refund. The
best way to guarantee an item is to place the order
or pre-order as soon as possible. We will ship them
out in the same order as the orders were received.
Cancelled Orders
Cancelled orders can be refunded to your credit
card or PayPal account for a 7% fee or you can elect
to choose store credit for the full amount of the
original purchase.
Manufacturer Damage
Merchandise that is damaged due to a defect(s) of the
product must to be handled directly with the manufacturer.
Please contact the manufacturer directly to resolve
these issues under their warranty. If you need to find
out their contact information, feel free to ask us.
Returns
We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you
are not completely happy with your purchase, we want
to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong
and we will do what we can to make it right. All
sales are final. We are only able to exchange items
if you have received a shipping damaged/incorrect item(s).
We will assist you with shipping damage/loss contingent
on our policies, and manufacturer damage contacts.
